So cold. Her skin trembles.
Ice white and burning,
The sky rings to their song.
Purest, clearer than the bells,
Lost to her forever.
Frozen,
She cannot cry.

Forgotten, she fears no void.
Pain her consort, her darkest lover,
And the only forever true.
Scars rise up from her fading soul
To kill the beauty of every dream.
Grief and fury ensnare her mind,
And weave a web of hungering need
Until twisted vines leave her empty.
Broken, she swallows torment.
